Why not Zab Judah vs Manny Pacquiao

Zab is his own boss now and actually has said numerous times that manny pacquiao isn't on anything even mentioning that its outrageous that anyone thinks that.

I would much rather see that fight instead of watching pac against garbage a$$ malignaggi.
