manny said that he is willing to give blood, just not on the day of the fight itself.

manny has already bend over by agreeing to the extra, unsanctioned, never-been-done-before tests. no blood 24 hours prior to the fight is more than reasonable. floyd disagreeing on these terms means he has other motives than having a "fair fight"

No person in the world would allow a crackhead to dictate a stipulation in the biggest fight of our era.

          judah vs mosley:

Whatever tests they want them to take, Shane will submit to that. We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires," Schaefer said. "The fact is Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one."

          pac vs pbf

According to Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer, who is negotiating the deal with Top Rank president Todd duBoef, Pacquiao refuses to have his blood drawn within 30 days of the bout based on his superstition of testing so close to a fight.

          LOL

so back before the nevada testing is the norm according to GBP.
but for pac, should be USADA !!! LOL

          double standard

clear as daylight : Floyd is trying to escape from yet another fighter whom he thinks can beat him.
