Arum is willing to compromise. Drug testing is the only remaining issue so far. The problem right now is what organization is going to test, Arum doesn't want USADA. Pacquiao's camp doesn't want testing the day before the fight/ the day of the fight. He wants a couple of days, sort of a window. I'm still hearing that Pacquiao has an issue with needles. I'm also hearing that they're willing to increase the number of blood tests, as long as they don't insist on using USADA.


They really don't want USADA involved.
