again, athletes don't get to dictate when USADA tests them. That'd be setting a ****** and dangerous precedent for future testing. The point of randomized testing is that you have to be clean all the time because USADA can knock on your door at any time. You simply can't argue that point.

And yes, MLB and NFL testing policies are much weaker. They aren't anywhere close to the stringency or respectability of USADA. You can't argue that point either.

Youre right.Manny doesn't wante to be tested by USADA.BUT Manny and Team Pac is willing to have his blood drawn as much as they want up to 5 days prior to the fight and right after fight.

It kind of defeats the purpose of testing for PEDs in the first place, if you give athletes leeway to decide when they get to be tested.

PEDs are cleared from the system within a few days. The benefits you get from using them however stay within the body for weeks after you flushed your system of the drugs.

It sets bad precedent if guys think they can get away with being tested whenever they want. You'll have people using PEDs way before hand, flushing their system, and then getting a test when they feel like it to prove that they aren't using anything. After a while of Athletes doing this Blood Testing would be turned into a joke, because you'll have fans being su****ious of certain athletes using PEDs, but there will be no solid evidence. The athlete will just get a Blood Test at his/her leisure, pass the test with flying colors, and give a fake smile while saying "See. I told you guys I wasn't using anything"

And again as I said before, the benefits from using the drugs will stay with the athlete weeks after the drug is flushed out of the system

No as long as its the top drug detecting agency doing the test for both of us But if i have something to hide then i would have issues with it because i would know they are the best at detecting drug cheats.
