The USADA tests are the most thorough tests we have. PED pushers and users are often a step ahead of even the most advanced tests at the time but you have to do what you can.

They test more thoroughly but ultimately some chemists will be ahead of the curve and some athletes will pass the tests. Look at Marion Jones.

People that are really surprised by PED use in sports at a high level are just naive IMO.
