So when we all thought that FLoyd would duck Manny it seems the other weigh around.

Floyd 10 million$ penalty per pound
FLoyd must fight on March 13 2010 because Manny wants to run for office
Floyd agrees to a 50/50 purse split even though he has had the better records vs the same 3 fighters JMM, De La Hoya, Hatton
Floyd hires Richard Schaefer to negotiate on his behalf instead of his adviser and manager Al Haymon or Leonard Ellerbe to accomadate Bob Arums Ego.

And now Bob wants to insult me with Fu@Kn Paulie Malinagii instead of Floyd.

I want to give huge props to Timothy Bradley and Gary Shaw for saying we would glady fight Manny at 140 or 147 as long as he takes Olympic stle drug testing.

      Pacquiao chides Mayweather: Excuses, excuses

MANILA, Philippines – Seven-time world champion Manny Pacquiao has merely laughed off the drug testing issue being raised by Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s saying that the former pound-for-pound king is just trying to excuse himself from the fight.

“Marami lang siyang dahilan, marami siyang dinedemand. Siguro wala pa ‘yong fight, takot na,” said Pacquiao.

The Filipino champion, who recently won the World Boxing Organization welterweight title from Puerto Rico’s Miguel Cotto, said Mayweather maybe getting nervous with the idea of trading punches with him.

Thus, American boxer came out with a statement demanding an Olympic-type of dope testing.

“Sa akin walang problema kung gusto niyang lumaban. Fight kaming dalawa... pero kung medyo natakot siya -- palakasin muna niya loob niya,” said Pacquiao.

Pacquiao made it clear he has no qualm in undergoing tests. What he’s opposed against is having him to give blood so near the March 13 fight date.

“Require natin lahat pati blood test... pero ‘wag naman doon sa day of the fight, manghihina ka naman noon,” he said.

The Filipino boxing star added that the Mayweather camp may also be using the issue to just to distract him.

“Gumagawa lang siya ng paraan, strategy niya para magalit ako... para ma-distract ako sa concentration sa fight,” said the reigning pound-for-pound king.

Thanks. So what this artical is saying is that Manny isn't scared of needles and what does Manny consider near the March 13 date.

I have a Pacquiao vs Morales 2 Program signed by both framed in my game room.

Floyd Mayweather is 1 of my favorite fighters. I have watched him live vs De La Hoya, Baldomir, JMM, and Hatton. Also all of his other fights I have hosted house parties. I have a signed framed autographed glove from Mayweather Jr. in my game room also.

I have met both men in person and they where nice to me.

For the hold up to be about drug tests is beyond belief. So they have agreed on all of these key elements.

              1. Money 50/50 split
              2. GLoves size 8oz
              3. Location MGM Las Vegas
              4. Date March 13 2009
              5. Weight 147 and any pound more is there is a 10million Dollar fine

So Pacquiao has gotten all of these elements in his favor maybe except for the Location is a Floyd advantage. And he doesn't want to take a drug test. With this being the biggest fight at least in the last 25 years this is the reason for a cancelation.

Does anyone know what the ring size would be?

I really hope this fight gets done and if it doesn't this one isn't on Floyd IMO its on Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao. FLoyd even tried to accomadate Bob by Golden Boy being his Mediater instead of Al Haymon.

Last week friends and family would come up to me and ask who do you think is gonna win? When are you leaving TO Vegas? What are you betting on a KO or a decision?

And now they are asking me Is Manny Pacquiao on Steroids? What is the difference between Steroids and PED's? How manny tatoos does Pacquiao have?
See, M**ey Mayweather's camp of hoping you see it their way is working.

When you're looking at this current issue, you have to be objective not subjective.

M**ey Mayweather is the one choosing which lab or agency gets to test him and PAC.

That's why, T*p R*nk responded by saying, they want the same lab or agency that tests the pro-football and baseball players to do the testing.

Do you really think Mo**ey Mayweather has fairness in mind ? Remember, the enemy only sees things fit, as long as it is to his advantage !!

The best way to resolve this ****, if both parties can't come to a compromise on their own, is go through arbitration or mediation.

Arbitration, a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), is a legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts, wherein the parties to a dispute refer it to one or more persons (the "arbitrators", "arbiters" or "arbitral tribunal"), by whose decision (the "award") they agree to be bound. It is a settlement technique in which a third party reviews the case and imposes a decision that is legally binding for both sides

Mediation, a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or "appropriate dispute resolution", aims to assist two (or more) disputants in reaching an agreement. The parties themselves determine the conditions of any settlements reached— rather than accepting something imposed by a third party. The disputes may involve (as parties) states, organizations, communities, individuals or other representatives with a vested interest in the outcome.

Mediation, in a broad sense, consists of a cognitive process of reconciling mutually interdependent, opposed terms as what one could loosely call "an interpretation" or "an understanding of". The German philosopher Hegel uses the term 'dialectical unity' to designate such thought-processes. This article discusses the legal communications usage of the term.

Mediators use appropriate techniques and/or skills to open and/or improve dialogue between disputants, aiming to help the parties reach an agreement (with concrete effects) on the disputed matter. Normally, all parties must view the mediator as impartial. Disputants may use mediation in a variety of disputes, such as commercial, legal, diplomatic, workplace, community and family matters. A third-party representative may contract and mediate between (say) unions and corporations. When a workers’ union goes on strike, a dispute takes place, and the corporation hires a third party to intervene in attempt to settle a contract or agreement between the union and the corporation.

The courthouse is not where this fight belongs. It belongs in the ring. This is a drug test not the us health issue.

the real ***** is mayweather. Bradley is stepping up saying he doesnt need Manny to do these paranoid tests to fight him. Only floyd is doing this, apparently he's a scared girl trying to avoid a fight.

2 days ago I read on here that Gary Shaw says without this kind of test Bradley will not fight. If Pac agrees to these kind of test he would love to fight him at 140 or 147.

Yesterday I heard on here that Pac is willing to do these tests as long as he doesn't have to test on fight day.

Floyd has ducked a fight with plenty of fighters but this time he isn't ducking.
