A crackhead may have accused Pacquiao of juicing, but Pacquiao is the one refusing to fully comply with certain standards. Pacquiao has secrets.

There have been a ton of people in the sports world that do stuff off the playing field but no one cares. However, if you do something that directly effects what happeneds on the field then everyone cares. No one wants someone cheating the game, e****ally in a sport where people put there lives on the line and one fight can end a guys career or dramaticaly change it

A standard was sent in the 90's and 2000's that we are in the Roids era, and running from test is not acceptable, In any sport.

lets get it striaght, its mayweather jr asking manny for the tests and mayweather sn doing the accusing,if is has nothing to hide then do the same tests as pbf,its about 40million and making history but instead they choose to fight paullie if that goes ahead

Mayweather Snr was the first to speak out. Okay. But what about everyone else who has spoken up since? And especially now Pacquiao's team are refusing to take the USADA tests no one reputable seems to be on Pac's side anymore.

Standards that their sport does not adhere to. Now boxing's reputation itself is in question.
