    • Pacquiao has nothing to gain by beating Malignaggi who can't bust a g**** and has never fought at 147...

      No way this fight happens...

It's all politics. No way it happens. It's just a bargaining chip. That's what all of these "replacements" are.

10 Nevada State testing = passed
          1 Olympic testing = passed

= Mayweather no payday (and still a coward)
No your wrong, nothing will be negated if he takes Olympic testing in this fight. All that shows is he can confidently fight a decent opponent without drugs, but is reluctant to fight a good boxer without cheating. ANY way you look at it, Pac needs to test against Mayweather(Or another TOP fighter) otherwise his WW career can't be considered legit.

Let us HOPE that Pac will fight Floyd, and that this is just an psychological attempt to scare Floyd by saying "Look i can get another fight if you insist on me taking a drug test"

Again an innocent man wouldn't turn down $40Mil for a $3Mil fight. I know you might love Pac, but theres nothing legit about that. Nothing.

And ya, why would fighting Floyd damage Pac's pride? You say prides worth more than $37Mil, but what pride does he loose by fighting Floyd the second best fighter in the world?

Instead of beat praised as the GOAT like people were doing 1st, it will now change to people thinking he may be doing something
the solution should come from both sides.
            both have egos...including their promoters!!

            Boxing unite!
paulie will not land a fyt with pac.
this is just to whet his apetite and see his reaction....
he myt forego the test for the sake of $$$$...

well hopefully this is a ploy with the Paulie talks. unless it's official that Pac-Mayweather is off for March

and Manny will take a fight in the meantime to maybe try for Floyd in later 2010, while Floyd takes on the Berto-Mosley winner

but agreed, Diaz-Pacquiao was a gigantic mismatch, and sold very poorly

so I'd expect the same for Malignaggi or Foreman vs Pacquiao. all Paulie has going for him is running his mouth during the presumed build up .. but outside of that

one persons opinion but Malignaggi vs Pacquiao is not compelling in the least

besides the fact that Hatton smoked Paulie last year, Malignaggi fails to perform vs elite opposition in his big fights (Cotto, Hatton)

and fighting Pacquiao would be more of the same.

as for Foreman-Pacquiao .. Yuri could cause some style problems for Pac but has very little punching power to speak of, and despite his 28-0 record

IMO fighting Foreman for a title is probably taking on one of the weaker belt holders at 154

mixed on it, as Paulie is popular in NY, but at the same time I'd have to question it's ability to sell .. especially if the ticket prices get jacked

because one element to a fight selling well is it has to be compelling

and other then Malignaggi running his mouth about Pac, he hasn't done enough in the ring to create interest in a mega fight

**I mean yeah he beat Juan Diaz, but whooo peee.

Mayweather has basically already stated they would take on the mosley/berto winner should this fight fall through. Especially if Mosley wins, since mosley and mayweather are with goldenboy and they keep the money basically in house.

There is a reason why they threw out names like foreman, bradley or malignaggi.

floydie myt face and fyt manny after all..... outside the ring, inside the courtroom.
manny already initiated to file a law suit against the maywithers and GBP.

                    that's the way to go.....
manny will prove he's clean..and collect damage fees in millions!!

                    • IF and that's a big IF, Malignaggi does fight Pacquaio he's going to want Pacquaio to take a blood test as well. Especially since he, Malignaggi, was one of the first persons to raise su****ions about Pacquaio. This is all smoke and mirrors by Arum. The guy is a parasite and has zero credibility. Don't believe the hype.
