my theory is that Pacquiao is fine taking blood tests. However, Arum doesnt want to give in to Mayweather's demand because its hurting his ego. Thats why Arum suggested an agency PICKED BY TOP RANK and not mayweather to do the blood testing. Furthermore, I do not think Arum consulted Pacquiao when he released the excuses that Pacquiao has needle phobia or superstitious. Lets face it, those excuses were very lame. Pacquiao aint scared of needles or getting his blood drawn as evidenced by hatton 24/7. Also dont you guys notice that until now Pacquiao hasnt released any statement? why? its simple.. Pacquiao is very busy and doesnt have time for negotiations. Hes busy with his political stuff, his movie Wapakman which will be released on Christmas day, and getting ready for Christmas (christmas day is the biggest holiday in the philippines.. its like the thanksgiving holiday of US) Not to mention Pacquiao is hard to contact by phone.

Anyway i hope Pacquiao mans up and takes in charge of the situation. His reputation is being tarnished by these steroid allegations.

i agree with you 100% , arum dug a hole for pac when he said he was afraid of needles yet has tattoos , now pressure is on pac to take the tests and he would happily take them but bob arum is being stubborn .
