It should be to no one's surprise that there are many other fighters in all weight divisions salivating and chomping at the bit to face Floyd or Manny if this fight falls through.

He said he's willing to give blood tests all the way up till the day before the fight and immediately after the fight.

What more do you want? His blood drawn in the ring?!?

I think the point is Team Pacquiao is not willing to submit to the USADA's "random" testing procedures.

Instead, they want to make up they're own rules as to how the testing should be performed after agreeing to that style of testing in the first place.

What branch of Pac's camp are you the spokesman for? Arum stated that Pac is willing to take the tests before the press conference, 30 days prior to the fight and after the fight.

The only problem is that Pac will know when he's going to be tested. The USADA doesn't operate that way homey. They test you unannounced to prevent you from doing your little trickery. C'mon son, you're brighter than that. Don't make it sound like Pac is complying when he sure as hell isn't.

                      Roach stated otherwise.

Roach said his concern has nothing to do with hiding anything.

"Giving blood right before the fight could be like having sex right before the fight," Roach said. "It’s 100% mental. If it’s in your head that it weakens you, then it will weaken you."

Roach extended an olive branch to the riff, saying he would allow Pacquiao to give a blood sample one week before the fight, but no closer than three days before the first bell.
