I have a question about this PED test issue...

What i've read is that they'd be able to randomly blood test up to 24 hours before the fight, does that mean that they might not be testing 24 hours before the fight or is a test 24 hours before the fight part of the contract as well. Is it random and it might happen 24 hours before the fight or is it set to happen at that time?

Again my personal opinion is that this really shouldn't be an issue cause I don't think either fighter is cheating.

it's all "random," meaning nobody knows when the tests will be conducted. they just want the "option" of being able to test at that time, it doesn't mean they actually will. that's why everybodycrying about the issue of pac getting tested the day before the fight have no reason to do so....it doesn't mean he'll actually be tested at that time. even if he does, the amount of blood they take is so minute, it won't affect him.

again, mayweather will be tested also. i doubt they'll test pac right before the fight, and not floyd too. that's why it makes no sense top rank and camp pacquiao is so adamantly against this.

So basically Pac is refusing to have random drug test. I would understand if Mayweather was trying to say that it would be random except i want a test 24 hours before the fight then that would be unreasonable because it's not random, but Pac wants it to exclude this time period, and that my firends is not random.
