Boxing Committee/Sanctioning bodies should make a new rule...

Implement Olympic Style drug testing on ALL PROFESSIONAL BOUTS.
If they can make a diamond belt, this is possible.

Think for a second how much money that would cost. Do you really think the US government would pay millions upon millions of dollars every year so every single fighter can be subjected to these rigorous tests? If not, do you think the promoters/fighters would pay for it? hell no, it's insane.

You would have to have some kind of guideline. Maybe only title fights would have these rules. Then you run into the problem with international title fights, title fights no one cares about or the "lesser titles" etc.

    It isn't realistic

its not realistic but its possible. equal rights, right? america cant be singleing out pac jus cuz a crackhead says so. So in fairness, no matter how costly it would be, kick NSAC to the curb and start dealing with USADA. isnt that what EVERYONE wants?

I agree with what you're saying in principle. It's just not realistic at the moment.

The only way this could be possible is if there was a single boxing commission that oversees all of boxing, which is great in theory but the reality is we have all these organizations - wbc, wba, wbo, ibf, etc etc etc. It's too chaotic. For everything to come together would take the efforts of the united states government, and we all know they are not interested in putting money into boxing.
