Fact is its all a good ploy to make the fight even bigger!

If these dumb motha***as wanna make this fight happen, then tell Arum and Ellorbe to both go suck a ****, Put your prides aside and make what could possibly be the biggest fight in history a done deal.. Honestly i think this is a ploy to GAIN EVEN MORE EXPOSURE, because i saw this **** on ESPN as a breaking story and that dont happen often with boxing.. This fight will happen, but all this lil **** goin on right now is ******Maywether Pac ****.. Why would Arum of all places go to the Grand Rapids press other then Las Vages or some other big market to make thses comments instead he went to Floyds hometown so the **** could trickle up rather then down!

We all know Steriod allegations gets major publicity and what a smart way to build up the fight without having to pay for nothing, of course 24 seven will use this to make Pacquiao's segment more interesting so Floyd doesn't have to ********** the series for ratings lol.

Anybody who thinks this fight isn't going to happen is just an idiot or some scared Pac fan. When its all said & done they will figure out some good way of drug testing & make it happen.

        I don't know guys.

Accusing your opponent of being a drug cheat doesn't make this fight any more interesting to the general public. Actually I think it hurts the sellability of this fight a lot. Not with the die hards but with the casual viewer. People are sick of hearing about high profile athletes and doping.

They hear stuff like this and would probably think twice about dropping $50 on a PPV if they think one of the fighters is juiced.

I think what's happening right now is very bad exposure for this fight.

They have accused the #1 pound for pound fighter in the world of being a drug cheat without anything credible to back it up.

This is not a good thing for the sport.

I don't think anyone connected to this promotion other than the Mayweathers wanted anything like this to happen.

I agree. At first, i thought it was a publicity stunt when i saw the headline in yahoo news front page. But i do think there is such thing as bad publicity; and this is alot of bad publicity. First of all, it mocks the NSAC by implying that their testing standards are a joke. It brings into the question the sports biggest fighter currently and all of his achievemnts. The casual fan will ask maybe alot of fighters are cheating? That will make think twice before shelling out $60 on that PPV event.

In addition, some who think that pac is cheating will think he will get KTFO against PBF early without that PED help. They fear what happened in the Margarito and Trinidad fights. Trinidad was made to re-wrap and BAM- his first lost and TKO. Margarito was made to re-wrap and BAM- he gets TKO for his first time. Pacman and no HGH and BAM- FLOYD KNOCKS him out.

I am not stating these as facts but that is the pecerption to some and that is bad publicity. THis whole episode is bad for boxing, there are no winners.
