Manny's body would replenish any blood taken, even on that night, by fight time. I've read several Dr.'s confirming the amount of blood is a vial full, same as any of us would take when getting blood work done. Your red blood cell count replenishes within an hour- so that'd be completely unnecessary.

Even taking a small amount of blood can leave you feeling weak. When I had blood taken for some tests it left me blind for 5 mins! Very weird and scary!
