I think Pacquiao has to be considered innocent until proven guilty but, for better or worse, refusing to take the tests raises doubts. I don't think this is posturing from Team Mayweather; clearly he and other have genuine concerns about the legitimacy of Pacquiao's achievements.

and how many drug tests did he have in 2008? 8 total. Pacquiao would have like nearly 20 in less than 8 weeks.

I think saying he's afraid of needles was a dumb move when he has tattoos. That legitimately raises doubts. But if I'm Manny Pacquiao, why would allow someone else to jerk me around like I'm a scrub? I think this is about Pac's ego and not wanting someone to force his hand. He's gotten used to calling shots and now Mayweather's telling him what to do. My only beef with the testing is that it being requested as a result of Mayweather Sr. talking trash because Manny keeps proving him wrong and winning impressively. When you throw out steroid accusations, you've done irreparable damage. If Manny takes the tests and comes out clean, then people will just say he stopped juicing. Or if he beats Mayweather impressively, they'll say he got lucky because blood was taken at the wrong time. He can't win for losing now.

20 what, blood tests? Not true. I'd like to see a link for this. Perhaps including the urine tests, yes. But what's the big deal? Pacquiao only pisses once a month?

have you guys ever considered that manny hasn't really spoken about this ****e yet? the scared of needles excuse came from schaefer. the 30 day no testing was from arum. the look forward to other opponents was from koncz. last night was the premiere of his movie.

watching from philippine media outlets, he has said from recent interviews that this was mayweather's posturing and a way out for a fight against him and that he doesn't want to get his blood taken at the day of fight because it would weaken him. which usada cannot guarantee roach not happening. **** bob arum for making pac look bad.

There are definitely a number of idiots who won't credit either fighter for the win irrespective of what happens however I have faith that if Pacquiao came through those tests and went on to beat Mayweather the vast majority would give him full credit for a remarkable achievement.
