At the time it seemed like it was just funny. But now since the steroid thing came up, it seems a lot more intriguing.

Pac's head did seem to get a lot bigger over the last few years.

It is common for them to have flat, wide heads and when paired with longer hair (pac used to shave the sides of his head) its even more pronounced.
