Manny Pacquiao has been tested before and after EVERY fight. Nothing has ever come up. Not to mention for the 100th TIME......

He is agreeing to take blood tests for the Mayweather fight. 3 as a matter of fact, he is just not accepting the USADA's request to take up to 7 Blood Tests Randomly. Because they can take administer them up to the day of the weigh in. Pacquiao's camp feels that it could hinder his performance. What is so hard to understand about this?

Besides his reputation would be tarnished if he was found of doing something, but he hasn't. All these are accusations from Mayweather Sr. A crack addict I must add.

You must have **** in your eyes...Pacquiao isn't willing to do the USADA's Testing but is willing to do blood tests and even have the same company who administers the tests for the NFL, NBA, do them. How is that so hard to understand?

I understand what you're saying, but you also have to look at the news headlines and how it's affecting Manny's reputation. "Fight may be canceled because Manny refuses USADA's testing", then they'll go into to details about team Paquiao's counter offer. What is standing out in everyones mind is this, Manny Refuses Test. You don't have to go no further than NSB to know that people will read a headline and post an opinion without reading the article.

Floyd wants (A) to conduct the blood testing
Manny wants (B) to conduct the blood testing

Is it Manny's fault that he prefers (B) to conduct the testing? I think not.

I agree with you 100% and that is why people should educate themselves before speaking. For example simply reading the whole article will show that as BARIX just said it is a difference in who and how the test are performed rather than if the test should be performed.

It's just aggravating to read posts or comments that say "Manny is ducking" or "Floyd is ducking". Nobody is ducking, but I do think this could have all been avoided had Sr. not spewed **** as always.

Spot on. People love drama though, NSB thrives on it.

Once your name is linked with steroids, it's almost impossible to clear it. I'll never understand why he didn't just agree to the test. This is a huge, huge blunder and is really going to screw boxing up with everyone turning in fighter of the year and decade awards, and guess what? Pacquiao's name is at the top of every list. This is a bad, bad situation.
Pac didn't agree cuz Mayweather is planning on the timing of the test and how many times is he tested.

                NSAC cleared Pac.

Arum said he believed the USADA was "compromised" because of their relationship with Golden Boy and proposed that the Kansas City-based National Center for Drug Free Sport -- an agency that has been used by the NFL, NBA and MLB -- be charged with testing before the fight. That agency, Arum said, would limit the number of blood tests -- including no tests within 30 days of the event -- while being free to conduct urine tests at any time.

99% of the fans don't care about this ****. They just want to see them fight. Once the fight is made this will become just a side story with life only on boxing message boards.

Manny agreed to blood tests 5 days before the fight and right after the fight.

Mayweather wants blood tests 3 - 7 times at random intervals, + 2 days before the fight.

This is all just bull**** to hype the fight even more and this is going to happen no matter what.
