Arum said he believed the USADA was "compromised" because of their relationship with Golden Boy and proposed that the Kansas City-based National Center for Drug Free Sport -- an agency that has been used by the NFL, NBA and MLB -- be charged with testing before the fight. That agency, Arum said, would limit the number of blood tests -- including no tests within 30 days of the event -- while being free to conduct urine tests at any time.

And why is Arum trying to get a 30 days no test in??? USADA "compromised" by GBP???lol this is a joke, So USADA are going to change pac's test to a positive one so that the biggest fight of our generation isnt going to happen just to help Golden boy promotion???

And how does that Help GBP from making any money in that scenario??? LOL the more Arum talks the more he makes manny look bad.

Amazing how people can't see this. Honestly, they just don't want to. Deep down where they'll never admit on this board, they don't want him subject to these tests because they fear he'll test positive. Simple.

          Inaccurate.

Honest Pac fans know that Floyd has most of the advantages going into this fight.

          Reach - Floyd
          Offensive Speed - even
          Defensive Speed/Reflexes - Floyd
          Size - Floyd
          Height - Floyd
          Boxing Ability - Floyd
          Workrate - Pac
          Power - Pac

Pac fans know that Manny is clean (Floyd fans know this too even though they'll never admit it publicly). The blood tests just give Floyd yet another advantage, a psychological one. Truth is, Floyd doesn't need any other advantages. He's already the favorite to win this fight, he's already got the edge in most categories. Why should Pac concede yet another advantage just to meet an outlandish, unprecedented demand, when he's already at a net disadvantage as it is?

And they would come out and make threads if Manny takes the test and pass it, They would make countless of thread same how he was clean but the test is not only to detect any drug use but to prevent any drug been use in the lead up to the fight.

How is taking a blood test that both fighters will be taking an advantage for Floyd. Please let me know. And don't even say Manny got his blood drawn from Morales 1 and is superstitious. The biggest load of **** I've ever heard.

lol, the Pac Denialists are now taking the position that being tested for PEDS is somehow a 'disadvantage.'

                    lol.

Seriously, what's the point of giving an official date to get tested when Floyd will doing the same test? It's like telling a police officer to test you weeks after a DUI accident. I don't see the big deal about Pacquiao's side of the story, but it's not up to pacquiao or Floyd to decide when to get tested, it up to the agency to do it, but it's looks like team Pacquiao is refusing their specific dates.
