That's the Roid Rage in him coming out. SUSPECT fighter refusing to take tests is SUSPECT. From this moment on let him be known, not as Manny Pacquiao but, as Manny Asterik.

Wow, Manny has a smile on. Looks pretty comfortable for someone superstitious, scared of needles, worried about power being drained, and I don't know, what's the latest excuse fellas?

      Something ain't right.

I knew from the get-go that this was just a pissing contest.

Not agreeing to Floyd's every whims and caprices, that's Team Pac's way of saying "**** you Floyd". At the end of the day, this fight gets done and both boxers will undergo these said tests, divvy up the loot after the fight, and will be on their merry way to their respective banks.

There's also another side to this. Whoever thought of this well devised plan is a marketing genius. The only way for this fight to compete for airtime on ESPN and other media outlets against the likes of Brett Favre, the coming NFL play-offs, the College Bowl games, Lebron, Kobe and the NBA in this busy Holiday season is to stir the pot counter-clockwise, and it's working like a charm. They need a promotional head start because of this fight's limited time frame.

I take my hat off to whoever thought of this thing...

Latest is they still would give him to a random test, Whats the point of taking a test when it isnt random??? All i see is excuses which makes it worst, First it was the superstitous belief because he lost to Morales(Even though for years they claim it was the gloves), Then it was he doesnt like needles(But then people said what about his tatoos and now this video of him looking very comfortable while having his blood taken).

Like you said something isnt right here..

Am I the only one who thinks that this whole thing is mind games? Mayweather is a master on mind games and angering his opponents before his fights, and then ends up toying with them and the fight falls into his hands. I don't actually think Floyd Mayweather Jr or Sr really think Pac is on roids, I think they're trying to make him uncomfortable and piss him off slightly, which is fair play...anything to do that will help you win, you gotta do! I reckon that's why Roach/Arum/Pacquiao won't allow the doping tests, they don't want Pacquiao getting woken up 3am in the morning for blood tests potentially pissing him off (he's got a big ego after all) and they don't want Mayweather to win the mind games. I've thought this for ages, maybe I'm wrong, but that's just what I think it is. I think Mayweather would fight Pacquiao EVEN if he was on roids, because its that big a pay day and we all know how much May loves money.

First of all, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency agreed that they won’t take blood from the fighters 48 hours before the fight as some people seem to think. They’re going to take only a few tablespoons through random testing in the three months leading up to the fight.
If Pacquiao, the toughest guy on the planet, is afraid of needles and having a few tablespoons of blood drawn from his system, then something is wrong. The guy has tattoos everywhere; he’s tattooed from top to bottom. You’re telling me he’s afraid of needles?
And the idea that urine tests can detect HGH [Human Growth Hormone] is wrong. I talked to Travis Tygart, CEO of the USADA. He testified before Congress that anyone who says HGH can be detected by a urine test is mistaken. It can only be detected by a blood test.
So you have to do the blood work. If Pacquiao doesn’t want to do this and risk a possible $40 million payday because he’s afraid of needles or believes he’ll be weakened by blood tests, then that raises question marks.
Now I have to wonder about him. I’m saying to myself, “Wow. Those Mosley punches, those Vargas punches and those Pacquiao punches all felt the same.” I’m not saying yes or no [about whether Pacquiao might be taking performance-enhancing drugs]; I’m just saying that now people have to wonder: “Why doesn’t he want to do this? Why is it such a big deal.”
A lot of eyebrows have been raised. This is not good at all.
I believe Mayweather wants to do the right thing, to get tested properly. He’s not doing it to harass Pacquiao; that’s garbage. I would say to Pacquiao: “Do the test. Do it because it’s only a couple of tablespoons. Needles don’t hurt. Just look away when they put the needle in your arm.” He’ll probably lose more blood in the fight than the blood being drawn for the test.
And do it because we as a sport are in a unique situation. We can paint ourselves as the cleanest sport by doing this test. Why don’t you want to do it?

Oscar should just STFU! Last time I heard, he said that Pac's punches doesn't hurt, and now he's comparing Pac's punches to Vargas and Mosley's punches?!? WTF?

And this toughest guy on the planet thing won't fly, if you have phobia, you have phobia, and I'm not even talking about Pacman. I knew a guy who's been to wars, killed more than 2 dozen men, been shot at multiple times, stabbed twice and shrugs it all off like it was nothing, but shrieks and jumps like a girl when he sees a mouse.

Oscar, you're a pathological liar. You twist things to suit your agenda...
