    Blame Pacquiao for all this, none of this would have happened had he agreed to take the test. That's all there is to it.

      He already agreed to have his blood taken on jan on feb and at the end of the fight? What's the need for random testing?

      Do you think steroids will be gone in a day?

          Random blood tests are bull****. There have been many cases where an athlete has been "randomly tested" 6 days in a row. You can only have blood drawn so many times a certain period of time before it starts to effect your performance.

          Anyone with a basic understanding of human physiology understands this.

          Manny not protesting the blood tests, he is protesting the possibility that his 7 random tests may fall on the last 3 days before the fight.
