No he ain't... and that's the problem...
he agreed to do it before training camp (I don't know how many times I must stress this point again, steroids etc. get used during training...), 30 days before the fight and after... 30 days are more then enough to begin a cycle and cycle it out again before fight time...
Nobody is talking about 24 hours before the fight... the AGENCY already said that they won't test him 2 or 3 days before fight time... that's not even the problem... random is the keyword dudes...
Of course both should be focused and all that... but they also should be clean... I'm still easy with this because I don't think that Pacquiao is cheating but if he doesn't take the tests... which I believe is fair (because they already said that they don't do it shortly before the fight)... I don't know where the problem is NOW... but they want RANDOM tests... and you know what he can say NO... he ain't has to agree with this... but everything else has been agreed on and if he doesn't take this tests and walks alright... but then don't blame folks if they call him a roider... why should an athlete who is clean have a problem with a sufficient test dude... WHY... he has done what no boxer ever has done before... and he even through that has the chance to prove that it was 100% legit, which I believe was... I'm a Mayweather supporter and to tell you the truth I really though that Mayweather would make problems... I thought especially over the split... but that Pacquiao now is the one who makes it difficult is really astonishing to me... both are the best fighters of their time... let's make this **** finally happen... who wants to see Pacman-Foreman... Mayweather-Hatton... this **** has to happen
