I think the best way to settle this would be to come to a compromise. Allow the USADA to perform the blood tests at a random time with a one week window before or after the proposed days that Top Rank wants. That way it will deter any timing that Team Pacquiao may have planned with specific days for tests. You'll have 3 tests taken somewhat randomly this way. And Arum is not a blood expert, nor am I, but I do have some knowledge and know that HgH cannot be found by a urinalysis, thus is the reason blood tests are taken as opposed to just a urinalysis to athlete being tested for that specifically.

The USADA has been around long enough to know what drugs are detectable and which ones are not. They have a set of protocols that have proven their tests have been effective in the past. They have found that "random" urine and blood work is harder to beat.
