All that is irrelavant. Besides there is no way floyd is coming in at 160 on fight night.....he came in @ 148 on fight night in a jr middle fight against oscar. What is relevant is Manny or his team do not want simple USADA testing. There is no medical or other "logical" argument not to allow it.

theres no "simple testing" with USADA, they can come into your bedroom in the middle of the night and prick your a** for a blood sample while youre in the middle of your sleep or at any time theyd like.

WRONG!!!! testing urine is cheaper!!!! i smoke weed and i have taken urine test!!! all you have to do is clean your system!!! you can flish your system with cranberry juice!! and water pills!!! or you can even take few drops of bleach in a cup of milk!!! there are plenty of ways to get around a urine test!!! just visit trails they have alot of ways you can beat a urine test!!! and they have natural cleansers too!!!! urine test is the cheapest way to test that is why it is most common!!!!!

According to Leonard Ellerbe, adviser to Floyd Mayweather Jr, a fight with Manny Pacquiao will not happen unless Manny agrees to use the United States Anti Doping Agency for random Olympic-style drug testing. Per the rules of the USADA, both fighters would have to take 3 to 5 bloods test and 10 to 12 urine tests over a 10-week period. Pacquiao refuses to subject himself to random testing, which allows the USADA to test him numerous times during his training camp or even on the day of the fight. He will not agree to numerous blood tests during his camp. Pacquiao has already agreed to take three blood tests. One prior to the press conference on January 6, another on February 13 [30-days before the fight] and the third would happen in the dressing room when the fight was over.
