To be honest, I believe Manny should actually take the tests. If he has nothing to hide then prove it with a clean drug test. I actually think Manny is a bit ignorant regarding the blood testing. Manny didn't feel weak because of the blood test before the 1st Morales fight. According to Manny they took his blood and because he couldn't eat and drink he felt weak. That's the reason why he felt weak, he was still draining himself to make weight.

And recently, a day after his blood test for the Clottey fight, he went sparring and destroyed his sparring partners.

And it's only a teaspoon of blood! A damn teaspoon! Before the first Morales fight, they took 3 vials of blood from Manny. If Manny had some smart advisers, they should tell Manny that it wasn't the blood test that weakened him, he was draining himself to make weight.

Watch this video. He actually says that he couldn't eat and drink anything after the blood test because he was already at the weight limit.
