As for who has the mental edge I don't know exactly if it all comes up clean it could be as you say.

This could also piss Manny off and fighting angry tends to lead to mistakes which against Floyd could be critical. Since he would be dealing with these questions for three months he would probably want to kill Floyd, then then floyd doesn't even stand and fight that **** could be frusterating as hell the guy you want to crush and you can't reach him that **** would be like torture.

Everyone in the Pacquiao camp/Top Rank are angry and annoyed. Mayweather camp are laughing and are calm about the situation. I think Mayweather did this on purpose, I don't think Mayweather really cares if Pacquiao is on the juice or not. He just wants to get under their skin mentally and literally(with a needle).

Prepare for Mayweather to try to get more under Pacquiao's skin for the build up. Imagine this was just negotiations, the fight hype has not even started yet and Arum/Roach/Pacquiao are all angry and already agreed to the Olympic style drug test.
