I dont know why people bring the nationality issue with PED's. I think they are cheaters in all groups. There is also things as personal cheating-if you know where I am getting at....

The fact is Pac is trained by an American Trainer who trained James Toney a PED roidster. In addition, he trains at the Wild Card an American facility.

The nationality issue dosent either implicate or exonerate an athlete on that basis alone.
