If the champion don't complain then whats the big deal?
So would it of been ok if mayweather went down to lightweight or light welter to fight marquez? wouldnt that of made it an actual creditable fight

Nah, just make the fight for 145...come in over the limit at 147.....

At least all cotto had to do was lose 1lb and he said he was fine doing that...all his previous fights he was 146 so why not? like it made a difference

Pac was giving up 10 lbs to cotto..... mayweather had that much + more over marquez....

And lmao @ not allowing him to rehydrate...learn something about the human body.....he loses 1lb of body fat = hes doing a normal rehydration process he does every fight!!! SO STFU

So if Pac's really just an average at best fighter who only fought shot/drained fighters...why do people think he's on roids?

But you dont get offered the biggest fight of your life and huge payday from Pac and then turn around and basically say you (Pac) are winning because your cheating and tell them to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove they arent. Its insulting. Pac might not want to do it out of being offended or just to not bend to Floyds whims.
          are u kiddin?

floyd did more pay per view buys against the same opponents regardless of p4p status (seeing as he did 1 mil with marquez)

floyd got offered nothin, neither did pac, they both have their terms and a compromise follows...

          or does it?

bend to floyds whims? not even dlh gave pac 10 mil per pound he would come in overweight, really guys for pac to not be willing to donate less than a tablespoon of blood the day of the fight and miss out on his biggest payday just doesnt add up

especially as pac isnt planning on fighting more than two or three times before retiring

check my posts, panda aint hatin on pac before this, just ridin on common sense here

I know your not that ******!
The whole point that the THREAD STARTER made was it being about respecting the fighter in the higher position.
The Challenger should not be allowed to control the CHAMPION with demands.
            THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT.
now if your defense is no one forced him to.
Then no one is forcing Pac to take Olympic testing either.

will people stop with this P4P stuff like Pac is fighting Paulie Malignaggi or something. Floyd is just as much P4P as Pac. He only lost it due to retirment and the guy is still undefeated. Dont act like this is the King vs some scrub. Then when it comes to money, dont act like this is Oscar vs some bum. Its not. Floyd has killed him in every PPV except the last one where Pac only one by 0.2mil buys despite fighting a bigger name in a fight where the media dubbed as much more credible. Please dont act like Pac is the man in this fight. They are on equal terms in every way possible

Mayweather's biggest/toughest fight was against Oscar De La Hoya @ 154lbs. 2.4Mill PPVs sold.

This will be Pacquiao's biggest fight/challenge, not Mayweather's.

This is nothing but an exhibition match/big money fight for Floyd. Nothing special about it imo.
