because it would be DIFFERENT from what agency Floyd would be tested by. They both are to be tested BY THE SAME AGENCY, not a different one, that doesn't make sense. So to suggest that they want another agency raises even MORE questions.

I didn't know anything about the subject before i got online and saw all the threads in NSB 20 minutes ago. Pac needs to take the test, he's one of my favorite fighters but he has no reasons no to take it, he's just making the claims that he's juicing seem more legit.

Yeah, just do the blood tests immediately after the fight. I'm sure whatever PED is supposedly in either Pacquiao or Mayweather would show up in those tests. This way, win lose or draw, Mayweather gets his assurance that Pacquaio is "clean," and Pacquiao gets the reassurance that he won't be "accidentally" poked by a needle on the wrong nerve before the biggest fight of his career.
