It is to my understanding that he agreed to be tested but was not aware of the scheduling of the tests themselves. That is where the chaos has arisen from. Pac wants it after the fight, Mayweather wants it before.

when has Manny refused a tesT? he doesnt want blood drawn days before the fight. But he'll probably be tested 4x the same month of the fight, urine and blood.

it would make a difference, if having blood drawn for testing had ill effects physically.....facts are, it doesn't have any ill physical affects, and having blood drawn shouldn't take any more than seconds.....
