You ask any clean prominent athlete in any sport and they will tell you that they would love to have any type of serious drug testing implemented because every the sports world is riddled with PED's.

What kills me is the time lines that Pac will agree to the proposed testing. Before the press conference announcing the fight and after the fight. Hmmmm, I guess his phoebias and superstitions don't exist during those times.
