All this testing **** is just Floyd trying to get into his opponents head. Pac is just not letting Floyd have his way unlike all of Floyds previous opponents and I applaud him for standing up to Floyd and telling him to go *** himself.

Well STRICTLY speaking, yeah!

If you are passing the required tests you are hitting the targets/rules set by the commission.
