It won't work. Pac will still be getting tested by people that are handpicked by Top Rank. That defeates the purpose, Floyd wants the testing to be done his way.

The testing method via urine analysis is sufficient, that isn't coming for some sideline reporter or fan, it's coming from a medical practitioner with experience in the field of steroid detection. That should be sufficient enough for everyone involved including Senor crackhead himself Floyd Sr.

It's a regulatory issue and Nevada already has testing procedures in place, why should Floyd attempt to upend that through his own "customized" version of Olympic style testing.

I still have to wonder why Pacquiao's camp is so sensative of not having blood drawn a month before the fight. I could see the week, but maybe they should negotiate 2 weeks into the fight.
