What's the precedent for Pacquiao being on steroids? Passing every drug test given to him by the NSAC for the past 10 years!

okay---but floyd agreed to pay 10 million for every pound over--pac is not agreeing to the drug test terms---that's also a precedent kiddo--hahahahahahaha...lol---i guess i really didn't need the haha at the end huh?

maybe because pac's past opponents made weight in their previous fights and so he had no reason to be concerned.

If thats a common fact why hasn't the NSAC accomodate for such possibilities (unless what you said is false). Then all boxers are in question as well as the reputation of boxing as a whole.

pac has already agreed to floyd's demand for blood tests, just not full olympic style. The blood testing for PEDs that they end up agreeing on, in whatever form, will be UNPRECEDENTED lol haahahahaahah thanks to Floyd's nervousness about the fight. He has no reason to be nervous since he's unhittable and the GOAT, but yet he is hahaahah lol.
