....totalling 20 random test (blood and urine)

Bolt got tested 11 times in 2008 for the OLYMPICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

these tests will happen at any time of the day and at any time of the night
and can take between 10 minutes to several hours ...

grant it ... Mayweather has a psycho training schedule by running at 2 am ... so he probably can adapt better

As of now there is no reason to think poorly of Pacquiao. He hasn't failed any tests nor has he refused to take a test after the fight, and as far as I know, he is willing to be tested a few weeks before the fight.

In no way does this suggest that he is unwilling to be tested or is trying to cheat. Are you saying that he can take a performance enhancing drug a week before the fight than cannot be detected after the fight, but could be a couple days before?

It all sounds like bull**** to me.

Pacman and his team SHOULD follow Mayweathers demands fully if they are not cheats. Pacman should adhere to further testing and if he wants to show hes the best he should say:

"Mayweather i accept the conditions to your testing PLUS extra testing from an external body"

LOL nothing has even been proven, he's never failed a test yet and we still don't know what is going to happen with the mayweather fight and the possible tests. It's been less than 24 hours since this **** came out so chill people, chill.
