Pacquiao had caused doubts anybody with nothing to hide would agree if the opponent is having the same tests, you'd better have a good reason for refusing and the "it will affect his performance" stuff is BS, it don't affect the Olympic athletes performance.

first of all. i dont let crackheads and ex-convicts dictate rules in this world. same as true with pac. pac has the right to do whatever he wants as long as it is within the governing body of boxing and the state that sanctions it. Pac should not let the crackheads and ex-convicts who didnt' finish high school and who do not have credibility whatsoever rule the world and dictate the politics of boxing. pac can always say fck off. i passed every exam since i came here. and he agreed for blood testing any day up to 5 days before the fight and after the fight so whats the beef in there?? pac just doesnt want 2 days before the fight.

this principle is just like marquez. he said he didnt fight pac for the rematch right away (or maybe just an alibi because he was scared) and opted for 30 $ payday instead of 700 $ because he felt he was being short changed.
