The unprovoked hate for them and anyone who stands up for them is in fact comparable. Their history, on the other hand, is not comparable. If you think anyone who has something nice to say about a gay person is himself gay, you have some serious issues to work through.

I personally think every fighter should be tested for contagious diseases before they fight, whether that be HIV or any other major disease that can be spread through the bodily fluids fighters excrete during a bout.
