Breidis used steroids when he was facing Amir. Just think about this: if you would use steroids, when would you have used it? In the biggest fight of your life? or any other fight?
Nar, because if these tests were offered i'm sure most of the fighters would have happily taken them. Pacquiaos can be disputed though because refusing to take the test puts doubts into peoples minds, why would a clean fighter being accused of steroid abuse not take the tests to prove he fights clean? It just doesn't make sense, all he's done by refusing is make people question him even more..
Well, it's just reality and not a speculation that every boxer has not been tested by this kind of test, then for sure, everyone is a suspect of being either a steroid or HGH user! Just because one refuses to be tested, you conclude right away that he is either a steroid-user or HGH user? What's your basis? That one is not yet tested of an Olympic style of drug testing?
or does your basis come from a merely a simple refusal to be tested? If this is so, then this also means that if I accuse a person of stealing my car or even stealing a laptop computer and he denies it and therefore could not produce it (because it really isn't true), does that mean he is guilty of stealing it?

You can't produce what you haven't got, unless manny has got no blood he's got no excuse.
