I myself, think that the Olympic random drug test should be implemented in boxing, althoughpro boxing has to answer to a commission, and not to the IOC, which strictly enforces this procedure...
I agree...we are in a steroid era. i mean baseball players are taking it to just hit ball farther. U really think fighters wouldn't do it to give them more KO power?

Really, this is bigger tham Manny.....but his refusal is really saying alot right now. I mean at the end of the day, it's a tea spoon of blood. He can lose that in sparring froma cut lip.

Pacquiao is not donating blood, he getting blood tested! all u need is a vile!

Just to set things straight, and before this **** gets out of hand, NOBODY's refusing anything. Team Pacman is willing to do the random drug test at any time, but not close to fight night, or at least 3 days before the fight. They are also willing to do it right after the fight. If Pacman emerged victorious, they can raise his right hand while taking some blood samples on his left arm at the same time, there's no difference EXCEPT, they're trying to win this pissing contest...

The Mayweather's want right before fight tests Pacquiao does not because it will reduce his testosterone levels which is fair enough but Floyd can't wait 36minutes because that's all the fight will take.....just 36 minutes....Manny will gladly accept immediate blood tests then and if he's found to be using steroids the fight will be condered a DQ.

Once again Floyds cherry picks his way out.
Floyd agreed to Pac's ridiculous terms, it's Pac's turn to agree to his ridiculous terms. Pac is bowing out like a coward so far. What's he hiding?

12 rounds without the 1 minute intervals in between I guess.
