I understand why Pac's team do not want it so close to the fight. Cuz we have never seen blood test before in boxing. So we do not know what negative effects is there for a fighter. And, Pac team is willing to do 2 blood test.

And, I understand why Floyd's team wants it. Is quite obvious they want to make sure every thing is legit.

But, I also think both sides are playing mind games right. And, they are just trying to get the upper hand. So they can have the mental advantage going into the fight. I don't think people are focusing on the mental part of this tactic from both sides.

And, TS my bad for not picking one side. It is actually a very good question that you ask. But, I really feel neither side is wrong in this matter.
I have to agree with you on that they are NOT wrong ONLY if they will agree to meet halfway, if both camps will be knuckle heads on this, I have to point a finger on both f_cking sides being wrong ...

Blood Tests One month before the fight, plus Urine tests randomly anytime before & after the fight and a Final Blood test after the fight will show that everything is Legit and should be enough for both sides ...

And I have to add the we have already seen PAC had blood test before PAC-EM1 ..... and he loss that fight...

PAC is wrong for even accomodating the idea of this type of testing, considering how it all came about !!

I didn't know about the blood test before the first EM fight. How close to the fight was it? And, why did he take it?

What I remember is that the former manager of Pac messed up/misplaced his blood sample and they had to redo the test within 3 days of the fight. Guess Pac is kinda superstitious about giving blood so near a fight now since the last time he did it he lost.

I don't see the problem with doing the test right after the fight and if this fight doesn't happen then both fighters can go to hell, they are both to blame.

I don't remember but now I see why everybody is talking about he is superstitious. I don't buy that as an excuse. But, I see where it comes from now.
