of course it's a deal breaker because if they go threw with it it will dirty Manny's whole career, he knows this yo so why not stand firm? if he doesn't he will expose his fighter, his best shots is to either walk away or try to slide his way into a fight avoiding the tests. for the record I think Pacquiao is clean until proven guilty but he's not acting like an innocent man by turning down random testing especially when the same applies for Floyd and Floyd accepted that crazy ass 10 Million dollar per pound offer too, it's like I accepted your offer now accept mines and for some odd reason they can't accept
