1. the 10 mil. penalty applies to both just like the drug testing

2. pac agreed to drug testing the argument now is about the amount of drug testing. roach wants 2 , schaeffer said it could be up to 5. they'll work out something.

I actually understand both sides of the argument. I think some people will run with the whole Pac is hiding something. But, I see where Pac team is coming from. And, I truly understand why Floyd wants it.
