Well now I want to see what is going on with him by refusing the request, just because the sport does not require the best testing does not mean someone is wrong for asking for more stringent testing, there is a thing called advancement you known doing things better then have previously been done?

You can say whatever you want about his reasoning but the case can be made that those are excuses. Since Floyd has pretty much agreed to everything else and Manny is the one with issues to testing that both will be doing I would question how you would call it Floyd's fault for this fight not going through if this is the reason why.

Blood tests are far more accurate then urine test, pretty much at the highest level they should only be testing blood.

The main benefit from PED are derived during training, by the time of the fight the benefits will be gained but the evidence would probably be gone (since I assume tehy know what they are doing).

Let me ask you how can steroids get out of your blood? It even shows up in the urine. How can EPO, testerone and HGH can possibly leave your system. If PAC is using it will show up in his system if he do the blood test after the fight.

PED come in all forms I never specified, maybe they will still be in his system maybe they will not but I do know if you test randomly during training you are much more likely to catch a cheater then if someone know exactly when it is comming.
