Manny is a professional in the highest level, I just don't see what is the problem to subject himself to a simple blood test. Now Ariza is saying that Floyd wants out of the fight is a lot of BS. If Floyd didn't want the fight he still wouldn't even had signed for it. If Pac walks away from this huge payday there is something up with this.

Pac has bled and made other fighters bleed and had no problem with it. In a control extraction of a little blood shouldn't be a problem either.

The most insulting thing is that some ppl are against the testing and trying to make it sound like the testing is such a big deal and would interfere with trainning and the fight. It is just sad

And i was Right! I had predicted that the Mayweathers would find a way to try and kill this fight and now i am due a $100 from a Gayweather fan at work. Mayweather first tried to kill the fight by Demanding a March Date, knowing that would give PacMan limited time to heal from a Busted Ear Drum and train for the biggest fight of the Decade. It backfired when Manny said Ok to the Date, so the Mayweathers had to go to some Bullchit Drug Testing trying to Discredit a man who has made FloydJrs accomplishments seem remedial. I wonder how many Olympic stlye drugs tests have there ever been in Boxing at any weight class? and to my Knowledge, Manny did agree to take the tests just not durning the timetable the Mayweathers wanted. Well, it looks like Mayweather will get to keep his undefeated streak and find another undersized contender to fight instead of the Best fighters out there. I wish Mayweather would step up to 154 pounds and take on Sergio Martinez or Paul Williams since he is so convinced no one can beat him at 147 and i Know Martinez will agree to Drug Tests, Math Tests, and Pregnancy tests since Mayweather is a woman who is afraid of Risks.

And I do agree that the testing should be within reason. But this what these 2 athletes do for a living in one of the biggest boxing events in history. The testing is not that intrusive. Testing should be done at some point during trainning and after the fight. At first I didn't cared about it but the excuses why the Pac's camp don't want it has made me suspecious.

I just want to see a fair fight with no fighters going in with no advantages leagal or illeagal. When I could witness the best P4P fighter or one of the greatest ever I can say without a doubt that fighter was.

There is no reason for Manny not to take the test unless he has something to hide! I mean Mike Phelps and Usain Bolt both have been destroying fields and recoerd in their respective sports and they are both tested on the regular with no problem. So don't give me that BS about Manny being weakened by the blood being drawn or he has a phobia of needles (but i have a ton of tatoos! GTFOOH). Exactly. This is what people are forgetting. When all this came up and they started saying they wanted Olympic style testing, Freddie said that Pac felt that the blood tests just days before (or day of?) their fight messed with his head before the Morales loss. And... that's when Mayweather camp started INSISTING on it after that statement was made. This is all pre fight head games from Mayweather camp. It's not a fear of needles, it's now a superstition for Pac. Freddie has agreed to 10 days before and immediately after. That is more than sufficient, you CAN NOT get rid of substances in your BLOOD in that amount of time, that is why these tests (olympic) are so detailed and thourough.
All this other stuff is non-sense.

Mayweather demanded Olympic Style drug testing weeks ago, this wasn't a new proposition. The only thing new to anyone about it is Roach and Arum being unaware of random testing. That's always how Olympic drug testing has worked i.e. CJ Hunter, Marion Jones, Tim Montgomery, etc...

Are people here really dumber than I thought? Claims that Mayweather is trying to 'weaken' Pacquiao with these drugs tests are absurd. If anyone of you read they take less than a tablespoon of blood for each of these tests. Go to your kitchen and look at a tablespoon, its nothing. Pacquiao has lost more blood in matches and not been sapped of any energy. On top of that Mayweather is going to be taking the same tests, so he's obviously trying to weaken himself out during training right? Pacquiao needs to get this done, end the rumors, and get the match back on course. That is unless he really has something to hide.

On top of that, it's not JUST Pacquiao that is having blood drawn. Mayweather will be subjected to the tests at throughout his training as well, but you know what, he's okay with that.
