Why wont Pac allow the tests?

The guy is a warrior no doubt, but he has tats so how can he be scared of needles? I can understand not wanting to cave into Mayweather's demands but couldn't he just go with the testing to get the contract signed. Pac always talks about giving the fans what they want, if this is the only thing holding the fight up then he should allow the testing to get the fight underway. Pac can get his revenge in the ring.

What are you talking about? Even Paulie Malignaggi doesn't take blood AIDS test the day before a fight-- when just by looking at him he obviously has HIV.
