It's pretty obvious that he's hiding something. All of the elite athletes take random blood tests even during training so Pac has no argument. It's ridiculous that Arum said Pac has a "needle phobia" yet Pac has SEVERAL tattoos. I had a feeling Pac was on it now I'm even more convinced.

I think it's just their way of not giving into demands. I won't even consider Pacquiao being on steroids until there's hard evidence.
