Is it in the interest of the NSAC to have the biggest fighters be caught with random testing? Do they need a baseball scandal?

If the article below is accurate, taking a blood sample three days before seems perfectly reasonable.

You're simplifying it and ignoring details. Nobody is scared of needles. Pacquiao is willing to give blood, only not so close to the fight.
