Cotto pre margarito was an offensive machine. He could brawl and he could counter punch your ass off, his combinations were silky smooth. He would have beaten Mayweather by UD.

I respect your opinion, but exactly how could Mayweather stop pacquiao? Pacquiao really isn't there to get hit, and he will hit you since he throws when you throw and his speed Matches Mayweathers.
