I have no idea what they do under that style of drug testing. What do they do that would make Pacquaio refuse it?

Pacquiao is not refusing---he's following what Roach wants.

            This is what i found

Behind the scenes, USADA is currently following several athletes and examining their chemical makeup over a series of blood and urine tests, according to Larry D. Bowers, USADA's chief science officer. Over time, this so-called longitudinal testing could determine an athlete is doping even if he or she never tests positive for a specific performance-enhancing drug.

That is by far the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Can't talk about another man's belief though. God is behind him, Pacquiao don't need to worry about stuff like that.

Aside from Pacquiao---almost all Christians believe that voodoo exists, but the superstition part is a bit of a contradiction if he puts faith in God, but everybody has their quirks I suppose.

EDIT: By the way, Pacquiao has no problems with the blood testing--he's just following Roach's wishes.
