Golota vs Wlad would be a great fight, Wlad has faster hands than Golota and would land a good amount of clean hard punches, however there is no question that throughout the course of the fight Wlad's chin would be tested, and whatever anybody says, Golota is true power puncher. In any event I dont think Wlad could beat Golota, but if he were to do so he would have to absorb some Golota power shots in the process. If he did beat Golota his stock would be near an all time high and he would be champion again. However Golota is pretty rugged fighter and has the power to do some serious damage whether his left jab works or not .
Golota has a streetfight mentality sometimes he will come at Wlad and pressure him hard, and he will on occasion land hard shots to the chin, body, and head. It would be a huge step in class for Wlad from fighting this amateure minded computer fighter guy Castillo to fighting Golota. He should take another fight before he goes after Golota if he wants the best thing for his career, but if he wants Money fast, or truly has confidence in his abilities than by all means he should challenge Golota. And like somebody else said its not going to do much to raise the stature of Wladimir Klistcko to knock Brewster out right after Golota does it.Last edited by The Troll; 04-24-2005, 12:31 AM.Comment

Mo Harris had some pretty fast hands too.Comment

I think a Brewster rematch is a possibility if he gets past Golota, but I really don't think that's going to happen. I believe that Golota's FINALLY going to win a piece of the heavyweight title ( even if it's just a little piece... ) by beating Brewster.
Brewster taken fierce beatings in his last two fights & is ready to be taken. Golota will finish what Wladimir & Kali Meehan started.
Then, I think what we'll see is a Golota - Wlad Klitschko fight. Held in the proper place, it's a fight that could be huge. Two eastern European heavyweights that have big followings despite checkered pasts. It would do excellent on HBO as well.
The live gate could be huge anywhere in Germany, Poland or the Ukraine, but Don King being Golota's promoter, I think it's more likely that we'd see it held at The Garden. It would be the most likely place for it in the US considering the NYC area's large population of both Golota's & Klitschko's countrymen.Comment
