Pac/ Floyd; Hype or drama to promote the fight?

I wonder if all this Olympic test issue between pac and floyd is some kind of hype or drama just to promote the fight.

Dont know whether there is something wrong with pac or not, but do you think this another drama that promoter create just to attract people attention.

De la hoya fight got issue with weight class, while hatton fight got issue with money share where there was a rumour that the fight gonna cancel.
